A review of current financial regulations relevant to syndicated investments, including the newly adopted law on sanctions for unpermitted financial activities (lag om straff för olovlig finansiell verksamhet) and applicable AIF-regulations.

EVENING’S EXPERT

Nils Alpman is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Banking & Finance with sub practice group Fund Regulatory and specialises in financial and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on alternative investment funds. With 20 years of experience, he has extensive experience in advising fund managers, investment services companies and other regulated entities on matters relating to ongoing business, governance and legal or regulatory.  In particular, his practice focuses on advising on fund structures, securities law, supervisory and licensing issues, information matters as well as market abuse issues/insider issues.
