About the Speakers

 Anne-Gwendolin Geismar is a partner at Advokatbyrån Gulliksson and specializes in commercial contract law and intellectual property, marketing and data protection law. She represents clients, large and small, in identifying, protecting and commercializing their intellectual property rights, in particular trademarks, trade names and copyright, complying with marketing law and meeting data protection requirements. She also advises on commercial agreements including purchase and supply, distribution (e.g. agency and resale) and collaborations. Anne also provides general corporate and labor law advice.

Niklas Sandell is a specialist counsel at Advokatbyrån Gulliksson who specializes in intellectual property law with an emphasis on strategic counselling and management of trademarks and other intellectual assets. He has over 10 years experience of working with trademark prosecution and strategy, portfolio development, branding and enforcement, as well as experience working with trade secrets, marketing law, domain names and digital law. Niklas handles and manages large trademark portfolios with globally renowned trademarks, both nationally and internationally.
