In collaboration with Foodtech Innovation Network, Invest in Skåne, Malmö stad, Vinge and Almi Sydsverige, Connect invites you to our Foodtech Pitch Event on September 15.

During the evening, you will meet 6 startups shaping the next generation of food and food production as they pitch their solutions. There will be a well selected panel who will provide with relevant questions and feedback to the pitching companies.

Expect bold ideas, sharp insights, and a room filled with both local, international investors and key stakeholders in the food industry looking for what’s next.

🥒 Saveggy is rethinking how we protect fresh produce. Their plant-based protection extends shelf life while reducing both food waste and the need for plastic – turning a simple idea into a potential game changer for how we keep food fresh.

💧 DiaPure is turning phosphorus from a pollution problem into a resource. Their regenerable filter technology captures phosphorus from water and enables it to be recovered and returned to agriculture – helping create cleaner water and a more circular food system.

🧬 LayerLogic is bringing food safety testing out of the lab and onto the production line. Their graphene-based biosensor can detect pathogens such as Listeria in under 15 minutes – opening the door to faster, smarter and safer food production.

🫘 Hummersson is giving chickpeas a longer life. Their innovation could help reduce food and plastic waste while making plant-based food more convenient and accessible – with no additives, oil or added sugar. A small ingredient with big potential for the future of food.

🥞 Steribake is rethinking how we bake. Their patented technology enables ready-to-use baking batters with over a year of shelf life, while opening up opportunities to use weather-damaged grains – turning food waste into a resource and making baking more sustainable.
