This is Connect’s full-day angel investing education, focusing on advanced strategies in portfolio building, syndication, and investment round leadership — designed for seasoned angel investors ready to lead deals and shape the early-stage investment landscape. Delivered in collaboration with Nordic Node.

Pre-requisites

Must have completed Connect’s Investor Education Level 1 (foundation course) or Level 2 (investor education). Alternatively, must have made at least two startup investments.

Experienced angel investors ready to expand their portfolio, lead rounds, and form angel syndicates and networks – anywhere in Nordics.

Johanna Holmström, Co-Founder, Nordic Node – Angel Investor – VC Strategist

Johanna has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations. She has dedicated her career to understanding the complexities of the financial world, with expertise in navigating the nuances of venture and private debt markets. She has developed innovative solutions and promoted sustainable investments. Over the years, she has successfully led fundraising campaigns for both companies and funds, and built strong networks within the investor community.

The program will feature leading angel investors and experts, as well as startup cases.

• Location: CMS Wistrand offices in Stockholm

• Price:

  • Standard fee: 19,500 kr + VAT
  • Discounted fee: for Current Connect Öst Members: 14,500 kr + VAT
  • Special Offer for Connect Membership: 50% discount on Connect Öst investor network membership (regular fee: 9000 kr + VAT) if you sign up for both the membership and this education program together
  • Special Offer for Groups: 25% discount on course fees if applying as a group of minimum 2 from same company (same org. nr.)

• Price includes course materials.
• Registration is binding – upon registration, the course fee will be invoiced and is non-refundable.
• Connect Öst reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
• Rescheduling may be requested in writing, but approval is at the sole discretion of Connect Öst and subject to availability.
• If Connect Öst changes the program date or time, you will be informed. You may either continue with the new schedule or withdraw for a full refund.
• In case of full program cancellation by Connect Öst, your fee will be refunded.
